I first worked with Diana in 2014–15 on Mosaic, an OUP EFL course for secondary schools in Spain. Diana wrote tests at different grades of difficulty for levels 1–4. I edited her tests for levels 2 and 4. Diana’s tests were skilfully written, no mean feat given the number of tests that she was required to write and the challenges involved in writing differentiated test material.
